Timboon Fine Ice Cream was established in October 1999 by Tim Marwood and Caroline Simmons.
Being dairy farmers and ‘foodies’, Tim and Caroline have successfully combined the two to produce
an all natural, premium boutique ice cream for everyone to enjoy.
Milk and cream are sourced locally and all ice cream is made fresh to order. No artificial flavours,
colours or other additives are used in our ice cream. The formula for the ice cream was
determined by key factors including, no egg (for allergy sufferers), no gluten (for the same
reason), a great creamy mouth feel, new innovative flavours and fresh ingredients.
